It seems that the Geodon is affecting my ability to think and therefore I hope I can switch to Invega because Seroquel and Zyprexa scare me. One makes you sedated, the other makes tyou gain excessive amounts of weight. The problem is I didn't do so well on Risperdal, which I heard is close to Invega. What should I do?

Yes, and it was a disaster.

Phil, Have you tried clozaril? It was a miracle drug for my daughter and she was 13 when she started the med.
She had tried all the other anti-psychotics, without any real positive results. She also took anti-depressants, along with a mood stabilizer. It was hard for awhile, but she is much better now. Take care. |
