Right now I'm on 20mg celexa, and deciding whether to increase or to switch if there is one better for anxiety.

I've been on all the SSRI's and SNRI's and have not found any that help with anxiety. They help with depression and, to some extent, with mood stabilization but, for me, not with anxiety.

I've found with me only the antipsychotics help my anxiety YMMV.
