I started my newer dose of geodon at 7:30 this morning. I went from 60 to 40. I have been able to control my hunger all day 60 made me hungry. (80 did not Which I take at night) and I am not tired the way 60 made me. Do the side effects lessen that fast? Has anyone lost weight on a lower dose of a med where a higher dose made you hungry?

I am really anxious. My palms are sweaty and I have to be at work in less then an hour. I wouldn’t feel like this that fast from the lower dose would I? I’m guessing my anxiety is from work, my severe PMDD (I get my period on Tuesday) and the large amount of green tea I drank.

Does anyone know anything about this? I am wondering if the side effects would lessen that quickly and if I would feel the effects from a lower dose that fast.

I actually feel fine now. It must of just been my PMDD. I actually feel pretty good from the lower dose of geodon. I don’t seem as anxious. I just seem and feel happier.
