I recently just got off Wellburtin last week no tapering she just started me on Luvox. I didn't have any side effects thankfully until I started the Luvox. I'm currently on a very very low dose 50 mg which I take at bedtime and when I wake up I have crazy blurry Vision and later on during on in the day as the day goes on my head is shaking on the inside. My question is it anxiety or the me stopping wellburtin or side effects from Luvox? Any help would be appreciated I hate having the shaking in my head it adds to my OCD.

hi. i dropped luvox quickly because of some things similar to what you've described. i would think the wellbutrin would be out of your system now, but I could be wrong.

if i remember correctly, the ssri drugs in general can be helpful to people with ocd. i do not much care for ssri drugs, but i did get reasonably good results from celexa for a while, and it didn't cause the adverse effects luvox did, nor did it have as many drug-drug interactions to worry about.

anafranil, a tca drug, is still somewhat popular for the treatment of ocd. tca drugs can be rough, and they tend to be very toxic in overdose, but anafranil does help a lot of people.
