I’ve been asked to think about this so I’m researching it.

I tried it alongside my regimen and it increased my depression rapidly and severely. YMMV.

I have been taking it for about 3-4 years with my venlafaxine and Trintellix. The Pdoc says it would protect my brain. She says she takes it also.
I think it helps, it doesn't make me feel worse. __________________ Sue Dx: Depression, ADHD |

The results seem to be divided. I take lithium carbonate but would certainly consider trying orotate, If it does not work, I'll go back.
