I took an adderall over the weekend...

Today (Sunday/Monday morning) I feel anxious. I feel like nothing was ever real. I feel like I've been a fool... I feel great jealousy and paranoia.

Is this the adderall talking?

What do I do in this case to achieve relaxation and calmness?

if its amphetamine-induced weirdness, it should pass, as long as you stay off the Rx speed. if you have sedatives--a benzodiazepine, gabapentin, lyrica, etc.--that might help a bit. if you have a tranquilizer/antipsychotic, that might help, too, but try to keep the dose low so you don't dip into full on depression.

sorry about this. uppers=instability for a lot of people.
