Hi
I been on seroqel for a while ,i believe since may of this year i am on it because of having negative thoughts about people being mad at me etc ,and i use it for sleep ,works great! but my thoughts are coming back now i think ,people are being mean to me ,but their are not ,and still thinking people are being mad at me and their are not ,not sure if i should talk to my Pdoc about upping it to the next dose what are your thoughts |

Upping your dose of medicine when it stops working is a tried-and-true first method.

I think you should definitely bring it up at the very least, and if the doctor disagrees, then I feel you should trust them as they know it best. I imagine they will increase the dosage to test that out. I know I hear a lot about "reaching the effective dose" from people discussing medications. It is possible that you have not reached your effective dosage of Seroquel. Best of luck to you!
