I am moving up from 15mg to 30mg what differences did you notice?

I was at 30. Now, I'm at 20. When I have rough days, I go back to 30.

less agitation, less "activation." 10-15 is usually sufficient for control of psychosis; higher doses sometimes help with stuff at the (hypo)manic/agitated end of the spectrum, when needed.

I took 20 mg for a while then the hallucinations came back so it went up to 30 which worked.

But now it's not helping the dissociation nearly as much so I'm weaning off of it and am switching to the generic of Seroquel.

Schizoaffective Disorder
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder with Dissociative Features
Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
