My anxiety was through the roof on Wednesday. I was at work. At my lunch I took an Ativan along with a box of soy milk. It decimated my anxiety. The milk helped disolve my Ativan so fast. I had no anxiety the rest of work or the rest of the day.

Has anyone tried this? If not you should. Drinking milk really helped absorb my anxiety.

When I drink milk with meds, or even drink milk without meds, I feel relaxed.

If I feel anxious before going to bed, I will drink a cup of Almond milk or Soy milk. I would fall asleep within 20 minutes.

Seems like milk also help dissolves the meds faster.

I bought a 6 pack of silk very vanilla soy milk.

I had one yesterday along with an Ativan and I was so relaxed and not anxious I was pretty much on autopilot the rest of the work day.

I’m not sure this is a good thing, but work can be stressful.
