In theory Latuda patent should have expired this month. In practice I counted 13 "related" patents they also hold. Those go all the way up to 2031.

Thank you for this information. But, this is good and bad news at the same time.
Over the last few months I've been having serious side effects and all the extrapyramidal symptoms related to Latuda and all other antipsychotics. Until last week I knew somenthig was very wrong and getting worse but did not know what it was. Also, the original is so expensive and not fully covered. Luckily I found a few websites which helpted me put words on what I was experiencing.
