i take Ambien and seroquel together for sleep. either one pill alone doesnt do it for me. wondering if theres anybody else who need two pills to get their z'ss...

Yes. There are times that Seroquel (which I also take) and a sleeping pill of sorts have to be taken together.
Usually just the Seroquel though.

Yes. I used to take ambien and trazodone together to get a full night's sleep.

I couldn't sleep with trazodone alone, and ambien by itself would only give me 2 to 4 hours of sleep.

Only taken together could I get a full 8 hours of sleep.

Yes I take 100 mg of Trazodone and .5 mg of Clonazepam for sleep. I stopped taking the Clonazepam for awhile but had a hard time sleeping so I'm taking both again.

I don't use any psychotropic med for sleep. I use essential oil lavender. Works for me. A psychiatrist recommended "Celestial Seasoning Sleepy Time Tea" Think outside the box.

I take clonazepam and clonidine for sleep. Clonidine is fairly new to my medication cocktail, and it seems to be working very well.
