For the meantime, my GP has lowered my Seroquel dosage and added clobazam, a benzo which is marketed as 'Urbanol' here.

It is given at 5 or 10 mg. She has put me on Urbanol a few times after seeing her.
So what she has done is prescribe enough for the month (until I see my psychiatrist) and instructed that I take one every day and two if the anxiety is unbearable.
My concern is that by taking it every day for a month, I'll develop a tolerance to it. I have already discovered that the effect of Xanax on me is minimal at best. Urbanol seems to have a steady effect which I do not want to jeopardize.

So do you think that taking it every day would cause a tolerance to build if it were for a month?

Maybe she did insinuate that I take it as needed? No, I am pretty sure that she said everyday.
