I am on 3mg respiradal and 150mg lamotrigine and I'm coming completely off both. My doctor is giving me the option to do both at once or one at a time and to pick how I want to go about it. I'm considering dropping the dose every two months but I'm not sure if that's overkill as I do want to do it quick but without withdrawals. What do you guys think?

Hi Cplus welcome to Psych Central. Since your doctor did not give you specific tapering plan you might want to ask your pharmacist or consult the usage guide that comes with the pills

This might be of interest

I would think one at a time would be best, but as CANDC said, it would be good to consult with a pharmacist.

I would really do one at a time. That way, if you have withdrawal symptoms, you will know what one is causing it.

Candc and travelinglady, you have just about the same sig. :-) my take has always been;
