Does anyone have experience with hydroxyzine taken at night for insomnia and anxiety? I was just prescribed this by my psych.

It didn’t work for me. It made me really drowsy to the point I could barely function. It also made me eat everything in site for 3 days straight. My anxiety was horrible on it as well.

It helped me for awhile and then stopped helping. It used to help me fall asleep, but to stay asleep, I needed to take Trazodone as well. I never noticed it doing a thing for anxiety.

I'm using it too for insomnia and anxiety. 50mg was too weak and 100mg knocked me out. Since then it hasn't done anything at 100mg. Does very little for anxiety.
