I've been on Zoloft for months and going to a therapist but I can't seem to show affection towards my wife. I can go to work and function relatively well but I have challenges concentrating or remembering thing at times because of my guilt of not showing affection towards my wife. What can I do...I don't want to lose her but she see this as a failed marriage.

Maybe some talk therapy either alone or with your wife would be a good step forward?

Are you saying the zoloft is affecting the physical aspect of your relationship with your wife? If so, then here's an article on that topic: Managing Antidepressant Sexual Side Effects
