Trialling Rexulti atm. Cousin to abilify which wasn’t great for me. I’m anxious because meds almost always have side effects hard to cope with, and I think I have mild nausea but I’m only on a small dose of 1mg. . Is nausea the kind of side effect that wears off after a while? Also feeling a little tense/uncomfortable but that could be the anxiety
Also wondering, probably a vague answer to this, but when do side effects normally kick in?

When I started Effexor, I had nausea for about 2 weeks, and then it went away as my body adjusted. I've had mild side effects from all my meds when I've started them, and I'd say about 3/4 of them went away within a few weeks, while others have remained permanent but manageable.

Hope this helps.

Can some side effects wear off? (Taking Rexulti)

I usually get side effects within a few days. I am taking Rexulti, too.

Yes Thankyou that is helpful. Glad that most of them went away. Just the uncomfortable feeling bothers me I usually think to stop it but maybe if I’m patient enough it will settle. Thanks again
