I've only been on wellbutrin for less than a week. Is it causing the insomnia or is it the depression being a jerk again?
I just lay there with my brain in overdrive. I was going to start taking tylenol PM to help me sleep buy the next morning I'm a walking zombie.
This sucks!

I have to take wellbutrin in the morning. If I don't I get insomnia.

I take Wellbutrin in the morning also and it doesn't seem to affect my sleep.

My doctor did warn not to take it after 10 AM because of the possibility of it keeping one up at night.

I've decided I can't handle the insomnia.
I decided to go off everything and just manage my anxiety and depression naturally.
I'm going to start eating healthy getting more exercise, get some sunshine, drink more water and take supplements.
I was off yesterday and slept good last night.
Started my day with 'golden milk' instead of coffee.
Ate oatmeal with applesauce and prunes.
And have an appt to join my local gym.
Hopefully this will turn this train around
