Hi there,
I took WB XL for the first time in a long while. Been experimenting with IR and it just became too much of a rollercoaster ride.

Anyway, pdoc put me on 150 the other day and had a very good day until 4p and the motivation disappeared. The last two days haven't been as good, definitely way less motivation throughout the day.

I'm thinking a raise to 300 could be a good idea.

Any thoughts?

maybe? I got better results from 400 than 200, when I needed a boost from my depression. but then...

when I stopped it, I realized how oddly apathetic it had made me. stimulated, better mood...but more apathetic, also.

I take 300, and it works well for me. But you will need to talk to your pdoc about it. I'm sure they know more than we do.
Thanks for this!
