Was at emerg today. Think I need to drop from 30mg to 20mg of escitoplam. They think I am showing some signs of possible slight serotonin syndrome but not full fledged. Whatever that means. I am currently trying to come off diazepam so I guess I will be holding on that for awhile. I have had such a hard time coming off diazepam so really scared about coming down on the escitoplam safely. Any insight would be appreciated . Thanks
