Atypical anti psychotics like seroquel help somewhat.
But nothing helps enough like a benzo type med. And people give them a really bad rep. I've read more bad then good about them. Makes me very scared. |

I take benzos and have done well on them--even moving from three Klonopin per day to now Xanax PRN.

SSRI's either sent me manic or really increased my anxiety levels especially in the beginning. I had my worst panic attack ever while starting zoloft.
