Hello! (I'm new here!)

About a year and half ago, I started taking Zoloft for my anxiety. Let me first say that it has greatly improved my life. I’m emotionally stable, and generally feel content.

The problem is that I’m constantly feeling fatigued, no matter what time of day. Even after a healthy amount of sleep (anywhere between 7 to 9 hours), I still wake up feeling unrested. It’s taken a huge hit on my productivity.

Thing is, I’m unsure if it’s the medication or not…
So, my question is this:
1. Has anyone else experience severe fatigue with Zoloft?
2. If so, did you try an alternative medication?
Thanks for this!

I cant take Zoloft it made me very sick and dizzy.I would get so hot and sweaty from it so I can imagine it would make you tired.

Thanks for sharing! From what I gather, a lot of people try a few different medications before finding the right match for them. Hopefully I'll be able to speak with a psychiatrist soon to discuss trying something new.

Though, I'm curious... How do you cope with that transition? I imagine going from one medication to another is a difficult process. Old anxieties and depression will likely reappear when you're weaning off your current med to go on another.
