hello, before i go to the doc.. i wondered if there is even any meds for lack of libido? i can't get turned on, like at all. and this is an issue in my relationship.
i am 22 years old at the moment, so like, it's not related to puberty that hasn't hit me yet or anything. i am incapable of this for 8 years. before that, when i just started my teenage years, everything was fine. i don't know why, but that's not the point. i would like to know if there's anything i can do to fix this. |

thank you for all the comments !
i wanted to mention, anything would do as long as the side effects are not too bad.. it does not necessarily have to be medication either. i want to consider all the options. |

I think a urologist (bladder doctor) might have some ideas. They treat male problems. Isn't there some sort of pump that gets a man up and going?

It really depends on what's causing the problem. If it's related to mental issues Welbutrin can be helpful, but if there's a physical problem that needs to be addressed separately. Having your hormone levels checked is a good place to start.

a sad reality is that SSRIs take out the glimmer in life in many ways. a good way to get in the mood once a week for the sake of the relationship is to edit the dose that day and possibly add a prn.
