I’ve been exhausted lately from a possible sleep disorder. I was out of town and also stressed out from that. I was tired as well and I took an 80 Geodon around 6. I then took my night meds around 7. And I accidentally took a second 80 which I had brought as an extra without realizing I had already taken one. I did not realize this at all. I fell asleep super fast and I woke up at 3 unable to sleep which I sometimes do. I took my 60 Geodon. So basically I took 220 milligrams in 8 or so hours. I woke up feeling totally fine physically just a bit anxious. I didn’t realize I did this until a few minutes ago. So basically I should just be glad I woke up this morning right? I am very concerned though that I am so exhausted that I am not paying attention to these things. It’s becoming dangerous. I have a call into my therapist. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do? Could I have really had issues with the amount I took?

Even though it was 24 hours ago and I feel fine physically? What time should I take my 80 milligrams tonight? I don’t want to get involuntarily admitted to the psych hospital (which is the law in my state for intentional overdoses) because of a misunderstanding. I’m just worried they won’t understand it was a complete accident.

I’m sure allowing 24 hours from your mistake of accidentally taking xtra should be fine.

Do you keep your meds in a pill box ? It can keep you on track if you have taken the Med that slot will be empty if you forget and reach for it.
