I went to a sleep specialist just before Thanksgiving. He recommended lifestyle changes before trying medicine. I'm not doing so well with the lifestyle changes, but I'm still trying.
It seems like most prescriptions given for nightmares run the risk of actually making the nightmares worse. Does anyone know if this is always true?
