Hello, happy new year everyone

I've been taking Zoloft 50mg for 1 month already. I also take Lithium, olanzapine and remeron for sleep. It seems Zoloft started working, i was more in peace with myself, relaxed, feeling normally positive, careless. But it lasted for few days, then the anxiety and bipolar depression creeped back in.

I dont get it, it started working, but why it stopped? Is the dose too low? Is it time to change to other med?

What's your opinion?

It wasnt a bipolar mood swing because i really felt normal.

You may need to increase the dose. Your doctor will be able to determine if this is appropriate or necessary. 50 mg is not a very high dose. I needed 150 mg to obtain therapeutic effect from Sertraline when I was taking it for several years.
