That appointment with my med provider didn't go well. I told her I don't trust her. And she didn't even try to see my perspective. And then she said that she was putting in a referral and closing my chart.
Then I call the office that my t us in, and the secretary said, the med provider couldn't do what she said. I'm out raged!!!!! I'm angry and I need to get in a better head space. So much is going through my head. Like the smoke in the air, covid-19, and my studies and work. I decided to take tomorrow off and hope to be in a good head space for the next week. |
