I was at Sams club today and I swear I saw some over the counter anxiety meds. They were called like Calm or something. Has anyone ever heard of this?

I saw it advertised on TV, but I don't know anything about it. I'd ask your primary care doc if it's okay to try it.
Thanks for this!

I agree with Trav. Definitely find out the exact ingredients and ask your doctor about it before trying it.

I haven't seen that brand specifically. In the past I've taken Benadryl to help with anxiety, particularly for flying. It wasn't a great solution because it made me so groggy and I felt hungover, but it did help with some of the anxiety.

They sell Calm on Amazon with a fair bit of description as to what is in it. I'd check with pdoc though.
