I’m just wondering if they can tell how much someone’s taken of both of them.

Benzodiazepines will probably show up but I don't think urine tests are sensitive to determine how much a person has taken.
Dextromethoprhan from cough syrup is not routinely tested for, but if you have taken a lot recently then there is anecdotal evidence that this can cause false positives for PCP and opioids. |

Both benzo's and the DM in cough syrup will show up - learned that in rehab. But I don't believe they show how much you've taken, just that you've taken it.

I was worried but I guess I’m ok now. I haven’t had a urine test yet anyways.
