I took 2 milligrams of Xanax around the same time mid morning. Then I took another 1mil and and a 1mil extended release both at the same time around 1:45. My anxiety was still bad so I took my regular night meds at 3PM. I feel wobbly and lightheaded when I stand up. But I don’t feel sick. Just not hungry and I’m also very cold. My motto is just sleep things off. But I’m wondering if I took too much of anything.

I am not sure that taking the extended-release Xanax in addition to the regular Xanax is such a good idea if I'm reading what you wrote correctly.
Also, that's a lot of Xanax. I usually take up to 1 mg of the extended-release and that knocks me out literally all day (hence I don't take it anymore). Anyway, I've been there - taking too much of a benzo can make you feel like that. If you're really worried that you might lose consciousness or something like that, definitely get checked out.

I also just took 12 milligrams of fast dissolve melatonin. Man do I feel sick and not right. I may very well go IP tomorrow. I need to see my therapist first at 1.

I used to take 3mg extended release in the morning and 2 more mg through the late afternoon. Now that is just me. There are a lot that goes into it like height and weight and male or female. So don’t take what I said as gospel.

benzo.org.uk : Benzodiazepine Equivalence Table and here is a cluster for you: benzodiazepine chart including half lives - safesearch.norton.com Image Search Results BTW don't go by those imo. but there's a few good ones in that multitude of clusters. Just find the clearer and reputable ones in that last link. Those above are in the gold standard. Forgot and as always and it's important. Talk to your health care professionals.
