Dear boromichael,
Trying many antidepressants is something that is not foreign to me although I have no experience with the med you mentioned. Hopefully those members who are taking it or who have taken it will see your post and respond to it with what their experiences were [are] concerning dreams. I am glad your med does not dull your feelings. That is good to know. Thanks for sharing. Sincerely yours, Yao Wen |

I'm on quetiapine aka Seroquel at 800 mg day.
First off it's not an anti-depressant, it's an a-typical antipsychotic but is prescribed off label for depression and anxiety. I feel like I'm in a low level fog most of the time with it, and I have to take my night time dose right before bed because it knocks me out so quickly. I'm also on anti-depressants. splitimage |

That med gave me a big appetite. First time I took it I slept 15 hours. Did not work out for me.

Seroquel gave me metabolic syndrome which led me to become an insulin dependant diabetic.

I take a combo of seroquel (down to 25 mg from a high of 600 a long time ago). Seroquel is so strong but does help a lot with sleep and staying stable. I initially gained a lot of weight but finally lost it as I worked with the doc to lower the dosage. I hate that my body is so used to it though.
