So my pdoc put me on Cymbalta for the past three weeks and now I am in the ER because of many side effects from the medication causing abnormal EKG, chest pain, shortness of breath, urinary retention, highly increased anxiety, etc. (ER doctors confirmed)

I DESPISE THESE PHARMACEUTICAL MEDICATIONS FOR ME!!!! I am glad they work for others but they are poison for me!

Now I am afraid to take any others.

I think your feelings are totally understandable. It is difficult to go forward with new meds after bad experiences with the old. Sadly, I have had some experience with that. My heart goes out to you!
