Has anyone heard this medication used to help nightmares in people who have PTSD?

I was on it in the hospital, but not long enough to tell i guess.

Tenex is used to treat high blood pressure. It works by lowering the heart rate and relaxing blood vessels. In 2007 the FDA approved Tenex to be used for attention deficit disorder. I'm not familiar with its use for PTSD or nightmares.
