Quetiapine is antipsychotics medication. It is very strong. I take for 8 years but don't like side effect so now try to stop. Before I take 500 mg for anxiety and depression but now only 12.5 for sleep. I try stop but horrider side effect than before. You can stop most psych medication very slow without get side effect but Seroquel always have side effect when you stop.

Did anybody stop here? How long side effect after stop?

Yes, I was on Seroquel for 7 years and decided to stop taking it because it was not helping me in any way except to sleep, and it was causing weight gain and health problems. I stopped the Seroquel by decreasing it over about 6 weeks. By the time I was off completely I had no bad effects, except that I have trouble sleeping.
