I take Adderall 30 mg twice a day along with citalopram 40 mg, prazosin 1mg, and lamotrigine 25 mg (those 3 are only once a day) but I'm starting to notice the Adderall not being as effective as it used to be. Not sure what to do here since my doctor refuses to up the dosage of the Adderall which means I usually end up taking extra, thus running out early which causes even more problems. I've been taking Adderall for half of my life (started at 15 and I'm 30 now) Also, because of my multiple mental illnesses, I feel exhausted 24/7 as it is which yeah Adderall used to help with that but now not so much which means I'm struggling daily to be a mom and wife (that's already hard enough since my brain doesn't function "normally") and barely can keep up with the housework anymore. Anyone have any suggestions/similar experiences?

So sorry you are going through that. What a heavy burden to bear! Sometimes it can help to get a second medical opinion. Not sure that would help and you've probably thought of that. Wish I knew how to help! My heart goes out to you.

HUGS HauntedWeirdo. I don't really have any advice. But I know how you feel.....I take Vyvanse and it doesn't seem to work as well anymore either.
