Hi all. I'm wondering how long it took for side effects to go away when starting vraylar. Particularly akathesia or any eye side effects. Thanks

Hi @Catgotmytongue - I am not quite sure. Have you considered asking your pdoc or pharmacist? They might be able to answer that technical kind of question.

Hi thanks.
I have asked my doctor before. Some side effects go away after some time. I wanted to ask here because it is different for everyone. I've asked in a different forum before but only had a couple people answer. I just like to know what others experiences are. The two people who answered said 3 weeks and 1-2 months. |

Hi, I took Vraylar before and I know this probably doesn't help a whole lot, but I didn't really experience any significant side effects from it.
I think it's a pretty side-effect neutral medication (though of course any medication can cause a whole lot of side effects). I ended up stopping it, however, because it didn't work. Well, it may have worked for psychosis, but it definitely didn't work for depression. Anyway, hope that helps a little. __________________ "Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it.
