So I'm taking Lexapro and since then I haven't been able to masturbate. I've only tried twice (which isn't in character, but not unheard of) in the last month, but I soon lost interest and never finished (also rare).

I don't think it's a deal breaker, but it might be if it lasts for a prolonged period. Does anyone have experience with this and can tell me if for them did that side effect come to stay?

Thanks and sorry for the odd question.

it's very common with SSRI's , but it varies per person. I would talk to your doctor about it.

Cymbalta killed my sex drive but I'm on zoloft now and having no problems thank god. Paxil gave me retrograde ejaculation but I could get an erection. SSRI's will kill your sex drive. Propranolol also gave me ED.

yeah from what i read luvox, trintellix, and vibryd are less common to mess with sexual drive, but i think it just varies per person.
