Does anyone have any expierence with this for really bad concentration? I've been ignoring my poor concentration for a long time but its gotten to the point where if I don't actually have something to do outside of the house, I'm on here posting all day. I can't concentrate on reading. I can watch the news in the morning if I have my phone with me. But I often have trouble watching TV despite having shows to watch. This doesn't seem to be coming from a place of depression or anxiety. I just plain can't focus.

I don't want any med that will cause weight gain. I will just not stay on it if it causes weight gain. I don't want a stimulant or anything addictive. So I don't really want to be on ritalin or adderal since I'm already on valium. So I was thinking of concerta. Does anyone know anything about this?

I was going to have my mom on the call with me so she can tell him too how bad my concentration is because she can see it too.

I am sorry, but I have no experience with the medication Concerta. Hopefully others here with experience will see your post and respond with something helpful! I will also be interested in what others have to say.
