I’m on clozapine and it causes a lot of sedation. I have issues getting getting up, hearing alarm, and cravings too. I tried Loxapine ended up hospitalized. I’m looking to see what else is out there I haven’t tried to replace clozapine. Thanks

Sorry you are experiencing unwelcome side effects with clozapine. That must be discouraging. Sadly I have no personal experience with that med, so I am hoping other members here who do use this medication will see your post and respond with some kind and really helpful words. Apologies for not being able to be helpful to you! I hope things improve for you!

Have you tried adding something like modafinil (Provigil in the U.S.)? It could help with daytime wakefulness. Sorry you're having trouble with that, sedation can be a pain.
