Is it normal for you to feel worse before better? Or should I stop it?

Can you give a couple of examples of what you mean by "worse"?

Crazy mood swings. This morning I felt great, then irritated, yelled at one of my kittens, cried for like an hour, then realized it was snowing and went for a walk but was paranoid so I came home 20 minutes later, etc. And it hasn't helped my sleep like my pdoc said it would.
Possible trigger:

Dr. at Johns Hopkins showed me a curve on feeling better. It's not a straight line, it's a jagged line. Like there are bad days and good days when you are recovering. Anti-depressants take time.

Sometimes I wish I could try different medications. Just to see if any work better than what I currently take. I am in this constant state of "hypnosis", if you will.
