I am on my 6th antidepressant (three years of not taking one in between last and now). I'm not necessarily allowed off as of now. (not going into detail. I'm just not in a position where I can say no).
I'm not depressed but I know I will fall into a depression again if I'm kept in this cycle, I will fall into one. How can I convince my Dr I'm not ? |

Speak to your doctor, they will be able to provide you with the best and safest advice about coming off an antidepressant. Some have worse withdrawals than others so need slower tapering.
