Depot shots are usually antipsychotics, like Haldol. Those are the drugs most known to cause akathisia or restlessness. I hope you've been getting some benefits to make the side effects worth it. To my mind, that would be a hard trade off.

I wish I could stop the depot but I'm under a compulsory treatment order I must show up for it or I'll be called upon by my Psychiatrist and his team and either forced to take it or made to go in the hospital
