I take 4 or 5 for my illness. Depression anxiety and OCD and anger pretty bad.

I don't think it's necessarily a matter of numbers, but rather how you feel. Do you feel overmedicated? Numb, can't think, tired/fatigued, maybe restless?

Some of those symptoms above... the meds only work Somewhat as well. Not great.

Yeah, sounds like it's time to cut back then. I find when I'm on too many meds they can work against each other or make them only work half as (noticeably) well, too. Obviously discuss this with your doctor before making any changes.
