I only take it PRN for sleep. As long as I leave enough time in between doses it works fine. I’m only taking 300 mg though, so not much and not often.

It works very well for me. I take it sort of oddly though; 1200 mg at 8:30 PM and another 500 mg at 11 pm and then 100-200 PRN if I wake up in the night. It definitely helps me sleep.
I hope the agitation goes away for you. __________________ Bipolar 1, PTSD, GAD, OCD. Clozapine 250 mg, Emsam 12 mg/day patch, topamax 25 mg, ,Gabapentin 1600 mg & 100-2 PRN,. 2 mg clonazepam., 75 mg Seroquel and 12.5 mg PRNx2 daily |

I take a low dose, 100 mg twice a day. It makes me a bit dizzy and tired.
