Don't know what do to other than trying to cope
Ever since Dr lowered the Klonopin. This is hell if I ever seen one like it. I take other anxiety meds , I keep going up abd down. Plus I take Wellbutrin and Abilify. I'm scared those two maybe increasing my anxiety and ocd. Plus I have depression pretty bad
which almost the opposite of anxiety, low energy etc. So this is insane.

I take 3 antidepressants (Prozac, Wellbutrin, Remeron) plus Abilify and Ativan.

I'd like to try gabapentin for anxiety, but it is contraindicated with propranolol that I take, as far as I know.

I hope you can get a handle on your anxiety, as it can be worse than the depression to deal with.

I have had anxiety 24/7 before twice in my life and it was HELL! I was going through withdrawals from xanax both times. Nothing really helped except pacing back and forth and sprinting up and down stairs…. The other thing that kept me going was knowing that it would eventually come to an end. The first time it happened, my doctor put me back on an tranquilizer and took me off more gradually. The second time which was about 3 years ago I ended up in the hospital it was so bad.
Just know that it WILL get better. It can’t go on forever, even though when you’re in the middle of it that’s what it feels like.

Im also taking Gabapentin.
But Klonopin seemed to help me the most over the years. Sometimes id like to just stop all these meds. I take 9 pills In the morning.. wow.
