I took the starter park of Iloperidone (1mg 2x/day the first day, 2mg 2x the 2nd, 4mg 2x the third, and 6x the third) and then stopped because I kept falling and feeling uncoordinated and clumsy. My last dose was Sunday night and it is now Wednesday and I still feel this way. Is this normal or is there another cause? (I wouldn't be surprised, physically I am a wreck right now).

I just checked drugs.com. what you are experiencing could be a side effect. Can you contact a doctor? Can you be seen by a doctor?

I looked up the half-life and it shouldn't be affecting me anymore but I fell again yesterday (before I took any nightmeds). I talk to my psychiatrist on Monday but I'll bring it up to my therapist today and if she thinks it's an emergency she'll contact either my pdoc or one of the medical docs in the agency.

Did you talk to your psychiatrist about this issue?

Yeah, turns out my blood sugar is pretty low. We did some meal planning, and I felt better after an instant breakfast and a banana last night (tho it's obviously low again right now but I'll fix that in an hour and a half).

I hope this issue continues to get better for you.
