The nausea with Trintellix is for sure a problem. The first time I tried it, I was so nauseous all the time. It was horrible. I had to switch to something else within a few weeks. It also significantly worsened my anxiety and depression. The next few times I tried it, though, I didn't have a problem with it. It just didn't work at all.
