I'm on 20 mg. It helps but not enough. I was sick at first when I started taking it but got better. I hope it works for you.

i cant take it. the nausea is unreal. i literally threw up at wok today.

The nausea with Trintellix is for sure a problem. The first time I tried it, I was so nauseous all the time. It was horrible. I had to switch to something else within a few weeks. It also significantly worsened my anxiety and depression. The next few times I tried it, though, I didn't have a problem with it. It just didn't work at all.
