I've been on a steady regimen for over a year. I feel it's helping. I can function better now, like reading/studying, engaging in purposeful behavior, etc. Maybe it's a matter of finding my "niche".
I remember a time when I felt like I was being controlled, couldn't direct my thought process, couldn't do anything, really. And it was more of a matter of internal sentiment. What I have noticed is that I tend to make progress that no one else recognizes. Like I am kind of in a cocoon, making needed changes, all the while appearing to be doing nothing by everything around. |

Sometimes I feel pretty down in the dumps. I think this may mean I am not on enough medication. Perhaps I am on a borderline dose that causes me to oscillate between being well and being ill. I will have to mention this to my psychiatrist next time I see him.
