Can i expect a cognitive decline from stopping?
I fin'd it hard to get anything (news,tv series...), and i think it has become worse since i've stoped taking risperidone; is that possible? can I be certan my brain will go back to balance in a matter of month - let's say, and that I'll stop feeling like this?

I certainly did not experience cognitive decline from stopping risperidone. In fact, my cognition improved because risperidone was causing deep depression in me and depression can give one temporary cognitive decline. But everyone is different and reacts to medications in one's own idiosyncratic ways.

Who is your prescriber? who follows you in stopping risperidone? What are you taking now, instead of risperidone? What is your primary diagnosis? Does the prescriber know that you cannot get anything (news, tv series)? these are some obvious questions that pop to mind.

Decided to stop by myself. My primary (false) diagnosis is schizophrenia.
