Hi @Hlywood9 - welcome to MSF. I hope you find the info on safe ways to taper off benzos or are you experiencing withdrawal symptoms because you stopped benzos? Is it possible to reach out to pharmacist or prescriber? If not there are many articles on the topic "how to withdraw from benzos" doing a google search.

Sorry but we are peer supporters and do not want to give you wrong info.

There's a forum called benzobuddies that can be helpul, just don't get too scared off by the negative stories, I second the Ashton Manual recommendation I used one of it's schedules to safely taper off a long term benzo and I didn't have any problems,

I've taken Klonopin 15 years and stopped it 5 times and never had any problem. Sorry you have problems. Vybrid gave me horrible withdrawals in November and almost killed me.
